Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 4, 2026

PointSnipe is committed to making our service usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to make the site perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for assistive technologies.

1. Standards we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is also the basis of Israeli Standard IS 5568 and the reference courts apply under the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix: we audit the product regularly and remediate issues as we find them.

2. What we have done

  • Semantic HTML and landmark structure so screen readers can navigate.
  • Keyboard operability for interactive controls, with visible focus.
  • Text-and-shape cues, not color alone, to convey meaning.
  • Comfortable touch targets and a layout that reflows on small screens.
  • Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
  • Light and dark themes chosen for readable contrast.

3. Known limitations

We are honest that some areas may not yet fully conform. We are actively reviewing the app against WCAG 2.1 AA and prioritizing fixes. If you hit a barrier we have not caught, please tell us (below) — real reports from real users are the fastest way we improve.

4. Get help or report a problem

If any part of PointSnipe is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, contact our accessibility coordinator at support@pointsnipe.com with "Accessibility" in the subject. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if relevant. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within 3 business days and will work with you to complete whatever you were trying to do in the meantime.
